청나라 광서 원년(1875년) 이방(倚邦)에
원창호(元昌号)가 설립되었습니다.
청말에 차 산업의 중심이 이방에서 이무(易武)로 옮겨졌습니다.
민국 초기에 여복생(余福生)이 원창호를 인수하고,
이무로 이전하면서 상호를 복원창으로 변경했습니다.
복원창은 동경호(同庆号), 송빙호(宋聘号) 등과 함께
보이차의 4대 호급차장으로 불렸습니다.
