계화꽃차는 꿀향처럼 부드러운 단향이 특징입니다,
쓴맛이나 떫은맛이 없으며 청아하게 맑습니다.
중국 복건성 무이산의 소종홍차는 말린 과일, 꽃향, 꽃향이
복합적으로 어우러진 것이 특징입니다.
혀에 자극적이지 않고 목넘김이 매끄럽습니다.
계화의 꽃향이 날아가지 않도록
저온에서 천천히 건조시켰습니다.
