- Vintage and aged teas are not eligible for exchange or refund due to change of mind.
- Due to the nature of vintage and aged teas, variations in aroma, color, packaging condition, and natural storage marks may occur. These are considered part of the tea’s character and not product defects.
- Vintage teas may naturally show signs of aging, including minor packaging wear, storage marks, and changes developed over time. These are not considered defects or quality issues.
- International shipping may take approximately 2–3 weeks depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
- Delays caused by international shipping, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
- Orders that have already been shipped or are currently in transit are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country.
